I am not normally a user of blackberrys. Normally I use a sony ericsson but I got an upgrade on my contract and was assured that this was the best phone I could upgrade to at no extra cost. I’ve read lots of reports on the net about other people using this particulat phone and everyone seems happy with it so I’d like to know why is my blackberry tour so slow when no-one else seems to have this problem. As I say it is new so it’s not like there is a lot of stuff on their yet. I’ve have only had the phone for about 2 weeks and up until yesterday I was inclined to believe the guy who sorted the phone out for me, it really did seem better than my previous phone. But now for no apparent reason it seems to have slowed right down to almost joke worthiness. It has slowed down so much that I’m not back to using my old phone as it is quicker, but would like the blackberry to function as it should.
